His name is Regen~ He's a singer for the band Luck4 (pronounced "lucky").

xD I wasn't planning on posting anything from the comic, but I'm just proud of my marker skills. 8'D
All of that black in the coat is marker. :iconkermityayplz: I didn't expect it to come out... well... so decent. xDD

I had to reference the pose on pose maniacs, but I guess that makes it all the better! Because the anatomy that comes from my memory sucks. XD
orz the pose maniacs model things are so buff.
